Check the work before starting up:

Pipeline part: check whether each pipeline is firmly connected according to the process requirements, whether the electrical circuit is complete, whether the wiring is reliable, and whether the valves are normal.

High and low pressure control valve part: the limit pointer of the low pressure electrical contact pressure gauge before the high pressure pump supplies water is located at the position of 0.1Mpa, and the upper limit pointer of the high pressure control electrical contact pressure gauge at the outlet of the high pressure pump is located at the position of 1.5 Mpa.

Power switch unit: the total power supply of the pure water equipment is turned on, the power switch of each power control unit and the power switch of the meter such as the conductivity meter.

Equipment setting environment part: the ambient temperature around pure water equipment shall not exceed 5 ℃ and 40 ℃. The water temperature is best controlled at 20-25 ℃.

Function of control panel of pure water equipment:

Pure water equipment consists of manual action and full automatic action.

Can be cleaned by hand (used as external normalization for cleaning)

Protection device (pure water storage tank can be fully shut down after full, pure water storage tank can be fully started with less water)

Set up automatic flushing function (equipped with the function of starting flushing reverse osmosis membrane)

Operational precautions:

Before starting the water treatment equipment, it is necessary to check whether the pretreatment water meets the water inlet index of the water treatment equipment, otherwise the equipment shall not be put into operation.

RO body must meet a certain pressure (1-2kg) before starting.

The working pressure of RO membrane is generally 7 ~ 12KG.

The RO machine cannot start usually because the liquid level switch cannot return.

Filter element replacement usually varies according to the original water quality, usually 15-30 days.

The standard for pure water flow and concentrated water flow is 1: 1. The flow rate of concentrated water can be adjusted, but the smaller the flow rate of concentrated water, the shorter the service life of the reverse osmosis membrane.

The standard water quality of purified water is less than 10 μs

If the water purifier is turned off, please turn off the power before turning off the water supply; if the machine is turned on, turn on the water source before turning on the power.
